Processing takes 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday- Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.)

Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location. International shipping is 7-10 business days depending on your location. All packages delivery os with USPS, Fedex, and or DHL. Business days are Monday- Friday.

After receiving a tracking email, shipping activity will become available after 24hrs. To insure a quick delivery, all orders are processed daily, so orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is complete.

Straight Slayed hair can last for a long time when handled with proper care. The better you take good care of the hair the longer it will last you. Our clients normally use the hair for 8-12 months. 

Each Straight Slayed hair bundle weighs approximately 3.5 ounces. 

Lashes are handmade, they will differ slightly in detail from pair to pair.

With proper care, our lashes can be reused and cleaned with baby wash and lukewarm water. Let air dry.

Comes with 1 pair of lashes and straight slayed eyelash brush. Lash glue not included.

DO NOT use water on this lash.

We also suggest you DO NOT wear the Lemon Lash in the shower. Lemon Lash last longer when you take them off before bed every night. 

Yes, Straight Slayed hair can be dyed. 

Straight Slayed hair extensions should be treated with proper care, as if it were your own. Here are some things you should consider while using Straight Slayed hair:

1.Seal wefts before first installment.

2.Virgin hair extensions should be wahed once every 2weeks.

3.Use both shampoo and conditioner when washing.

4.Use wide tooth combs when combing, starting from end working your way up toward scalp area.

5.Let virgin hair air dry. 

All of our extensions are virgin hair, so colors vary between natural black and natural brown. There is no custom coloring due to high volume of orders. We ask you to seek a professional for custom coloring.
